      Good company to work for

      Pros

      They take care of their people. They work as a team from the top down. Everyone will get involved to help fix problems. Good pay for work performed.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little on the high side but I've seen worse. Experience requirements make it difficult to increase staffing. Thus, makes it challenging to eliminate problem employees.
