Some say the benefits but comparing to other major companies, they aren’t that great. My coworkers were good.

Where to start? Upper management! Not a clue! I have 19 years of industry experience and because of “ cut backs” I was performing a warehouse position. Stocking shelves! They put a guy with the most experience, in the warehouse and told me my titles of inside sales is what I’m doing?? Really?? They said “ we don’t have warehouse people “ that was from upper management.. spray perfume on a pig .. you know the rest. They let the warehouse guy go, used covid as the excuse. Look at it anyway you want it’s the Airgas air Liquide way.. cut back save money. Overall just stay away. I’m at a local competitor now, the entire culture is 1000% better, management hired me nearly on the spot here, treat employees unbelievably with respect, not a bully approach to employees. They appreciate them. I’ve already led several training classes on products, and safety. My new boss attended them and said how happy he was to have my knowledge on his team.. again, Airgas had me in a warehouse stacking wires.
