Management top heavy! Too many supervisors for one department Get ready for management that doesn't work, talks all day long but then micromanages everyone. There is no morale and the dept is the most talked about in the company because of the turn around rate and how bad the department has become. Everyone is expected to be robots , no talking, no laughing which is needed sometimes to help with the day, but that is not the case here. Constant double standards, you WILL be thrown under the bus if it makes the supervisors look good. You follow directions and you're still spoken down to, so now there is a dept of people that no longer care. Different answers from different supervisors so you will get in trouble regardless how you do it because it will end up wrong. The team leaders in the dept are on a power Trip because management has given ALL of their work to them, so they think they are management now. Save yourself the emotional beat down and look for another company to work for.
