Pros

flexible PTO, free snacks, open concept office

Cons

This company lacks quality leadership, most of the top executives just want to point fingers, but get their hands dirty to solve problems. There is also a lack of training for incoming sales rep and lack of support from other departments for sales to succeed.

Pros

- Some of the long-standing people at this company are really great to work with - The pay was pretty good to be honest

Cons

- Zero progression path - The company isn’t making enough money to promote good loyal people, a bunch of great employees in the London Sales team got fired under new management a few years ago. After that, every other good person started leaving 1 by 1 - The company isn’t the same - Airship used to be a great place to work for many years ago, but gradually became a highly toxic workplace - Unaligned leadership team - Even the leaders don’t stick around anymore, the average tenure of a leader is 1 year in recent years - Culture, diversity & inclusion - There is no culture, the company doesn’t try to create a fun culture to be a part of. As for diversity, the entire senior leadership team & all managers are white males, who call people of colour ‘the blacks’ on company wide calls. It was very uninspiring to know, if i wanted to move into management, I would have to have over 15 years of experience, and be a white male. -The mission and vision of this company are so blurred and sr leadership do nothing to contribute. I made the decision to leave Airship due to the lack of career progression, disbelief in the senior leadership team, & stopped believing in the mission, vision and values of this company
