- Zero progression path - The company isn’t making enough money to promote good loyal people, a bunch of great employees in the London Sales team got fired under new management a few years ago. After that, every other good person started leaving 1 by 1
- The company isn’t the same - Airship used to be a great place to work for many years ago, but gradually became a highly toxic workplace
- Unaligned leadership team - Even the leaders don’t stick around anymore, the average tenure of a leader is 1 year in recent years
- Culture, diversity & inclusion - There is no culture, the company doesn’t try to create a fun culture to be a part of. As for diversity, the entire senior leadership team & all managers are white males, who call people of colour ‘the blacks’ on company wide calls. It was very uninspiring to know, if i wanted to move into management, I would have to have over 15 years of experience, and be a white male.
-The mission and vision of this company are so blurred and sr leadership do nothing to contribute. I made the decision to leave Airship due to the lack of career progression, disbelief in the senior leadership team, & stopped believing in the mission, vision and values of this company
