Business Outlook
Pros
Fast-paced work environment with a lot of support from coworkers and management. In my experience, employee recognition and merit are taken very seriously, with plenty of opportunities for skill development, raises, and promotions. The company is at a perfect growth stage where there are robust structures in place to support your work, but still developing a lot of improvements and very flexible/open to change.
Cons
Fast-paced environment comes with periods of OT, and high growth means there are occasional growing pains to deal with. Those are not necessarily cons for me, but might be for some people out there.
