Cons

Favoritism for people who are part of the club. Even if they haven’t done anything to prove themselves. If you are in a regional office good luck getting support.

- Airswift is a huge company and a global leader in the industry in which it operates. - From management to service, the company hires approachable, competent and like-minded individuals - which makes working for the company a true pleasure. - The company facilitated a move from the UK to Dubai, so have experienced first hand the companies willingness to develop it's employee careers - The company recognises its employee's success and rewards accordingly. - The work/life balance Airswift provides for its employees is rivaled by no other recruitment company. - I have worked for other recruitment companies in the past and can say that I would struggle to consider working as a recruitment consultant for any company other than Airswift in the future. - I am trusted to work autonomously with support provided as and when needed.

Cons

- The company could offer qualified training options to employees that have a desire to further progress their career

Regarding training, if you were to find a course suitable you are always welcome to take it to your line manager for consideration, we always look for training needs in our staff and ways we can fill that gap.
