Great place to start your career. You go, learn what you can, create a name for yourself and that's it.

Cons

Low salaries, little recognition from management, high demands and unattainable KPIs. You will NEVER be truly great, because the results are impossible to maintain in the long term. You will almost never be recognized for good work, because praise will always come with a demand. Most of the people I know who have worked with me have suffered burnout within less than a year of working for the company. This says a lot about the culture.
