Pros

Great Culture and Flexible/Working policy. City Centre office with nice benefits. Work is good for entry levels.

Cons

Career progression can stagnate heavily unless vacancies open up. Salary is horrible compared to market rate. A lot of reasonable requests always end up being longed out just for the eventual answer to be a No. Finance function isn’t complex so not somewhere you can learn new things and be at the forefront of decisions.
