Pros

- I had a strong team, and my connection with my manager was strong - I loved my contractors and the work that I did - I could tell they did see my value and worked to take care of me - The CEO is truly an awesome woman - Benefits (not the pay) were strong, and work/life balance was good, especially with the hybrid schedule

Cons

- Pay did not match the level of work - Support was often mixed, and conflict was not handled well - The sales team was highlighted more than other departments - Growth was often slow, even for those who clearly deserved it
