      - Cool product - Great IC’s, lots of awesome people

      Cons

      - Starts at the top with poor decision making - 2nd line leaders and down have very little say in the major decisions that guide the business - Very political culture for a small/mid size company - Recent layoffs before Christmas were ice cold without care for the people that built the business

      -- Incredibly talented colleagues making up the strongest team I've ever worked with, including other top-tier tech startups. Many people have impressive stints at other top startups like Facebook, Dropbox, and Spotify. -- Great values and culture: everyone I've met is willing to help and puts the team first -- INCREDIBLE mission to democratize software creation -- The impact of our product for our customers is amazing. Customers are building incredibly complex workflows in Airtable to store information and collaboratively manage projects, things they couldn't do with any other tool. -- Rocketship company with a massive market opportunity

      Cons

      -- Like any fast-growing startup, there are growing pains as we scale... We've doubled the company in the 8 months since Covid forced us to go remote -- We take pride in our work and this sometimes can mean long hours. But it's always been out of choice rather than necessity. -- No other cons I can think of, truly an amazing company!

      Pros

      The mission and vision are inspiring and the company cares about its people as much as it cares about the business. You can tell that people are excited to come to work everyday. The company has also done an exceptional job at hiring smart, humble, and collaborative employees.

      Cons

      It is a start up, so things change often and a lot of standard big company processes have not been put in place (e.g. regular performance reviews and promotion cycles).
