Pros

Not many companies can tell they went over hiccups and survived, even becoming stronger than before. Airtable did.

Cons

There's sometimes this feeling of uncertainty about how Airtable wants to position itself in the market. It's a great solution that solves many problems; not the best solving one major issue.

- Benefits: I’ll give Airtable credit where it’s due—the benefits package is pretty great. It’s clear they’re trying to take care of their employees in that regard.

Cons

Culture is off: The vibe at Airtable isn’t great. It’s gotten pretty cliquey, especially with so many people coming over from Sprinklr. It doesn’t feel like one unified team. Leadership has lost touch: It’s frustrating when leadership doesn’t seem to fully understand what Airtable is all about. It makes you wonder... No growth: Despite all the training, there’s hardly any opportunity for internal promotions. It feels like you’re stuck in place, no matter how hard you work. Blaming the sales team: Instead of owning up to bigger strategic mistakes, it feels like the sales team is being scapegoated.
