Pros

I am empowered in my role and can tell my input is valuable. I have been given the opportunity for growth in my career here. The product itself is excellent and I have a lot of faith in it to succeed. The perks are great with flexibility to WFH, free lunch/snacks/coffee in office, excellent benefits, etc.

Cons

It has been tumultuous to get to where we are now. 2 RIFs in such a short period of time was detrimental to morale, but it has been over a year at this point and the positive momentum has reinstilled my confidence.
