      Rebuilding it's culture - tough to tell where it's headed

      Good pay, great benefits The people tend to be very talented and easy to work with Product is genuinely great and sells itself

      Cons

      CEO is notoriously hard-headed and can be difficult to work with. Late stage start-up that still doesn't have the operational kinks worked out AEs job scope is too large to be effective and focus on actual business development
