      Such a great product, lots of potential

      Cons

      Terrible management, lots of layoffs while keeping people who really don't add much value. Unhappy environment with no culture, such a shame!

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Rapid changes in product, and no vision whatsoever. Totally different company than 2 years ago. CEO is checked out and just looking to get acquired at this point. RIFs have torn apart the CSM org due to lack of executive leadership, and now the "strategy" is leaning into the scaled side and overloading the Majors CSMs.
