Pros

- Work life balance is great even though its a start up (We take PTO seriously) - The work, because team are leaner you have the ability to own many things and aren't siloed - Big opportunity to grow your career - You can truly run with things and make it happen -You get to work with genuine and nice people -Leadership takes employee feedback seriously - we've seen a lot of changes to benefits, process etc which are direct result from EVS results.

Cons

- Communication can always be improved on - Our product does so much but its hard to explain - market volatility is always scary, but feels like product is going steady
