So far my experience at Airtable has been largely positive. Working at Airtable comes with a lot of benefits and a sense that the company as a whole values employee satisfaction and wellness. It's a great place to work.

Cons

There seems to be some misalignment between the different departments and a lack of robust structure and processes.

New book of business after 6 months, complete new direction from leadership, endless internal meetings, leadership was just patting themselves on the back nonstop. Unrealistic expectations because no clue about the product or the market
