Pros
Company has made comp changes in favor of the sellers to help us maximize earning potential despite strong macro headwinds.
Cons
Sales teams do not get the support from CSM teams they need. With move in comp plan to penalize for churn - we end up doing a lot of CSM work which hurts our ability to grow. The BDR team also needs some development.
