Pros

People are passive aggressive, so you do not have to deal with arrogant co-workers. You show up to work and you get money for it.

Cons

Management is unexperienced and slow to make changes. Post reduction in force, top performers are asked to take on more work for the same pay with limited to no incentives to do so. Company says they value DEI, but if you go on Blind all you see is people complaining about DEI initiatives or even the presence of ERG groups. One person was even upset we had Asian food options for AAPI month and called it 'discrimination'. This tells me the culture of the company is fake.

Pros

- the product is great (if you take the time to learn it and keep up with the product launches. - my colleagues are life long friends and so incredibly smart & driven - recently launch a customer feedback loop workflow to directly tie feedback to prioritize product development - my various first line and second lines leaders seem to really care about their ICs

Cons

- above the 2L leaders, I don’t think the sales executives have any clue how to sell airtable. - there is only only women in 2L leadership and above and all the rest our men (mostly white) - leadership is out of touch with how to support us. They exclusively focus on enabling PG, but no enablement on how to run effective deal cycles. - leadership rarely joins calls with either the ICs or customers to seek to understand where we are struggling. - Churn contraction is getting worse and no one seems to give us any enablement on how to mitigate and they don’t see very interested in seeking to understand why!!
