Some great people, perks, and benefits.
Cons
The leadership seems to be out of touch with the employees (some toxic individuals). Some people in the organization would benefit from additional training on how to use the product. The organization places a high priority on sales, but it may take several weeks for companies to sign on for Enterprise plan. The company has not placed enough emphasis on education. The marketing efforts in not enough! The product team doesn't seem to have the capacity to innovate. Unfortunately, there seems to be limited career progression opportunities in many of the roles.
