- Product is great, flexible, and well received by customers - Engineering team is from top companies so everyone is extremely competent - Great compensation and benefits - Culture is amazing with a focus on inclusiveness

Cons

- No 401k match - Bad place to coast (if that's your thing) since everyone is very productive and good at their jobs

Great medical benefits. We're treated like adults and trusted to do our jobs. I'm surrounded by smart, kind people who have lives outside of work.

Cons

No 401K matching. Not indefinitely remote but, for now, we all have the option of working from home.

I had an amazing time through the interview process - the recruiter was clear in their communication and I always knew what came next in the process. The recruiter did a great job of explaining the timeline - and they stuck with it!! I knew exactly what to expect and when. After accepting the role, the team did an amazing job sending me communication leading up to my first day. Technology arrived on time and IT was extremely helpful in getting my machine setup before my first day. Onboarding is extremely thorough - you will feel a part of the family from Day 1. Overall this amazing experience is really because of the phenomenal people that are working at Airtable. The company has attracted the best in the industry and it shows through the candidate and new employee experiences.

Cons

I wish I would have discovered the company sooner.
