Love working at Airtable. The company has done a fantastic job ensuring everyone is contributing to top priorities at the company. This makes the work we do feel meaningful and valuable. There is a real sense of unity across the board. Our leadership team is thoughtful and people first. Colleagues come to cross-functional situations with empathy, curiosity and passion. Lastly, our mission to make software creation equitable for all is very powerful. These are three qualities have made working here the past 1.5year so enjoyable.
Cons
We are growing and moving fast. There are changes that happen quickly. That said the leadership team has been extremely transparent when priorities change and are hyper aware of doing everything they can to avoid burn-out and maintain balance.
