      Pros

      While Airtable is simply an awesome place to work, it’s the people I get to work with that make the job so UCB more enjoyable. I get to work with some of the smartest and kindest people ever. And the company does a great job of making sure each and every employee is heard and cared for

      Cons

      I do not have any cons worth noting. I’ve had a great experience at the company thus far!

      Pros

      Starting with the people: I've never enjoyed working with co-workers this much, even during hyper-growth! Everyone is incredibly thoughtful, collaborative, kind and gets things done! I continue to feel like I'm in a safe space when it comes to giving and reviewing feedback. Leadership has done a great job in not only saying they care but actually taking actions to show they care (Recharge Days, Focus Weeks, etc)

      We need to get better at showing the world how great of a company and product we have!

      - A category-defining no-code platform that customers truly love - Talented, empathic and humble colleagues - Incredible growth trajectory - Great leadership team that listens to their employees, makes thoughtful decisions and is accessible - Career development opportunities within the company, esp. for veteran Airtablets looking for their next role - Competitive compensation with great benefits

      Cons

      None that I can think of thus far. Even the classic growing pains I've seen at other companies are mitigated here because of a forward-looking mindset, transparent communication, and the fact that we've hired many people with experience at similar hypergrowth companies.
