Pros

A great place for personal growth and skill development. The people at Airtame really care. Fantastic People department, many great activities. Good office surroundings. Amazing flexibility - one of the few companies that will actually let you work from home!

Cons

Management is somewhat clueless, sometimes even bordering on the insensitive. Things have shifted over the past few years from being a vibrant, young, inclusive startup to a more aggressively focused scale-up that looks for dominant character traits instead of softer values.

Pros

The culture is the best I've ever been in. A lot of positive, fun vibes along with hardworking people with the same end goal as everyone else. Work life balance; a true unplug your computer at the end of the day and enjoy the rest of your evening type feel. The work hours are pretty great and it's consistent through each team. Tons of growth potential!

Cons

I would just say communication sometimes can be tricky when communicating across the country and different time zones. I think this is something a lot of companies can be better at, so I don't find this being a huge concern, more of something we can get better at.

- Great product - Vision that is carried out everyday - Colleagues that I consider my friends - Colleagues that I can learn from - Amazing location in the heart of Copenhagen - Sr. Management are very 'human' and approachable. Whilst still creating motivated environment
