Pros

Airtame helped me A LOT. They sponsored my visa and provided a lot of useful information about being new in Denmark. And they offered a relocation package, since I was not living in Copenhagen. They are the nicest people. Very smart and goal oriented. The company's culture is great, balancing work and life.

Can't think of anything so far.

Pros

Airtame is a unique, fast-growing company with an international culture based on talent, fun and ambition. In all honesty, the environment is highly inclusive, friendly and allows for personal development, but also focused, developing and challenging.

Cons

Although more of a pro, hyper-growth entails a few challenges such as organisational architecture issues (e.g. "Who should I talk to about getting this approved?").
