Pros
The company culture is nothing like I have ever seen or heard of before. Everyone works together really well and it is honestly a very fun environment to work in. Your co-workers become good friends and you can count on them during work and after work. The work is a lot of fun and actually doesn't even feel like "work". The day always goes by so quickly. Managers and colleagues care about you and listen to what you have to say and actually take your opinion into consideration. We recently took a company trip to Corfu, Greece for our annual Workathon which was an amazing experience. Getting to work with co-workers you might not always interact with on a daily basis, plus having a change of scenery. We got a lot ton and were extremely productive, even with being in a nice, warm beach location :) Our CEO is extremely involved in the day to day of the company which is very refreshing to see.
Cons
Not really a con because it is just part of a growing company but; we are expanding a lot now and constantly having to change how we do certain tasks to accommodate the new growth. I am part of a newer team, so we are just starting to get good benefits.
