Pros

Amazing company and culture to be a part of. I've been working as a full-time engineer for almost one year and I am amazed to see how the product evolved and improved over this period. I am working alongside some great people whom you can connect with both on a professional and personal level.

Cons

Airtame is still a very young company with a startup heartbeat. That means things can change very quickly and you need to be agile to keep up with it.

Fast growing and developing company Family feeling Awesome, clever and inspiring colleagues

Cons

Important to be independent and driven. Company is young, so don't expect to be handed all the answers. You'll have to go search for them, which also gives a unique opportunity for growing and learning.

Pros

- great work culture - fantastic colleagues - interesting market position - bright future - various interesting tasks

Cons

Still, a startup, so all the disadvantages from that come in play. But overall can not complain
