Pros

The team is amazing: I've been working with some of the smartest people I've ever met! Work itself is always interesting, there's always a challenge to tackle, so I'm never bored (which is a big plus for me). Awesome salary and benefits too.

Cons

The company is very data-driven, sometimes too data-driven for my personal taste.
