Pros

People and mission - we are changing the way people interact with each other in a supremely engaging way!

Cons

We are on both coasts. Two time zones for collaboration are both positive and negative. Have to wait sometimes for West Coast to get in, or wait until the next day because East Coast is gone. It does extend work day sometimes but most people are very respectful. So that's the only negative I have.

Pros

In a nutshell, flexibility, passion for the product, dog friendly, awesome team members and great perks! They truly care about their employees and their happiness at work.

Cons

The commute can be difficult, but they give you flexibility which makes it easier. Also, it's easy to gain weight with the ridiculous amount of snacks! 😂
