Pros

Airtime engineers work on leading edge, real time media problems. They are some of the most knowledgable and fun to work with that I have encountered in 23 years in the business. The people are also supportive and caring.

Cons

The office in Palo Alto is well situated for Caltrain riders, but the commute can be challenging for others.

Pros

Benefits are great! Flexible schedule, work remotely, direct communication throughout, competitive compensation

Cons

Commute: I live about 17 miles away and the traffic has become worse. Not Airtime's issue but something to consider if you are not located in the Palo Alto area. The flexible work schedule and ability to work remotely in the bay area is a big plus!
