Very fast paced, people are incentivised to get things done quickly, minimal bureaucracy, there seems to be clear path to success for performers.

Cons

It’s a high intensity environment, best suited to people who work well under pressure and enjoy moving fast. You’ll need to be proactive, unblock issues quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements. It’s not a laid back culture, so if you're coming from a more relaxed or process heavy environment, it might take some adjustment.
