Airwallex is a place for self-starters. You’re given a lot of ownership and trust, which means you learn fast and grow quickly. The pace is extremely fast and expectations are high, but the work is meaningful and there is alot to learn from the talent at AWX.

Cons

It’s not always perfectly structured, but if you’re motivated and commercially minded, it's a great opportunity to solve fun problems!
