Pros

- Company is growing - There are a handful of smart, hard working colleagues

Cons

- Shocking culture that doesn't look like changing - Turnover is REALLY high. Lots of people come and go before hitting probation - Exec team is absolutely spineless. No one stands up to the CEO who is the root cause of the cultural concerns. The leadership team and people who have a say are almost all men - Benefits are non existent - No one owns mistakes or endeavours to improve It's really sad as the business has potential but I fear Airwallex's culture is too far gone - which was also highlighted when the Head of HR left after 2 months. Avoid, it is as simple as that.

Pros

Ample opportunities to be creative. There are no boundaries because everything needs to be built. Best way to learn to be an entrepreneur.

Cons

You have to be comfortable with ambiguity because you are here to create something that doesn't exist today. Things change fast, decisions are made fast and change - but why is that a bad thing? Banks wish they are not tied by legacy systems and slow and inflexible mentality.
