I enjoy the technical challenges, when we develop the system to the next level, which is more scalable and defined for long-term, we need to find a way to make sure the transition is smooth. Especially with rapidly growing volume, it's critical to identify system bottlenecks quickly and design scalable solutions for both the short and long term. At the same time, we also need to develop new valuable features for our users. I definitely learnt how to do prioritisation and keep a good balance between these. Also, I quite like the lunch tradition, there are 1-2 good places we will grab food from, it becomes a routine now we go there together 3 days a week. By the way, you can also work remotely for 1 month every year.
