      Pros

      Airwallex has some fantastic people and it really makes a difference to my daily-lived experience. My job is super interesting as I'm in builder mode - a bit like the Airwallex journey, so I feel like I'm in good hands! Our mission to provide fast, seamless, borderless finance systems to customers is really tangible, and I love that as a challenger in the traditional space of Finance we also adopt that challenger ethos internally. Airwallex is fast-paced, a bit scrappy, collaborative, optimistic and everyone is focused on great customer outcomes.

      Cons

      We index highly on time spent in-office time vs achieving great work outcomes no matter where Airwallex employees are doing that work. This feels retrograde and antithetical to our innovative approach to business.
