      Enjoying the ride - lots of opportunity

      Pros

      + Opportunity to make significant impact (lots of problems, so can take initiative to fix them). + I love my colleagues. There are some really genuinely incredible people here. + Willing to pivot very quickly if something isn't working.

      Cons

      - Lack of structure and process. This can be really frustrating at times. - Struggle to understand why things happen - e.g. planning for a certain outcome, everyone is aligned, and last minute the project gets pulled. Need more context top down from leadership on our strategy and why things are happening they way they are.

      - amazing diversity amongst colleagues - good culture, nice and friendly HRs - flexible working arrangements - lots of people working remotely - get to work on impactful projects that will shape the business

      Cons

      - when things move too fast, there is often a lack of documentation which could be frustrating at times

      - high growth business with strong future prospects thanks to its product offering and financial backing - employee share option plan available - global presence - intelligent colleagues to learn from and collaborate with

      Cons

      - diversity is decreasing as the profile for candidates has become increasingly narrow, and highly elitist - executive leadership lack the know-how to drive real cultural change and waste time and effort focusing on low impact activities - career development is difficult to achieve. If you are not able to consistently execute at 110% or are unwilling to sacrifice your personal life to the extreme hours and demands you will see your career development stall as you are bypassed for future opportunities - lack of clear processes across the business leads to inefficiency and frustration
