Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you would not recommend Airwallex as an employer. The business is growing rapidly and we acknowledge that there are certainly lots of ways we can improve; we are a large team of almost 600 people, across many global locations and we value the input of all team members to foster these improvements. Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. All candidates are subject to a multi-stage hiring process which is designed to understand their ability to help us achieve our ambitious company goals - their skills, experience, and attitude are assessed, usually by stakeholders from multiple areas of the business before they are considered for hire. We are seeing feedback that indicates we need to be more transparent about this process to dispel this perception that an individual's education is the only criteria for hire - this is not the case, but we understand that this could drive disillusion or a lack of confidence for the the individual in relation to their own opportunity for progression.
