Great team of friendly, helpful people Accessible stakeholders Interesting work/mission Low on bureaucracy A maturing, interesting product suite in a competitive market. Competitive salary Snacks, Friday drinks, casual attire.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of clarity over priorities, which could be seen as a side effect of growth. At times, expectation of the product outweigh the delivery Silos starting to appear.
