There is high calibre people in the business but this place is really struggling.

Cons

Just don't believe the perfect reviews. There is a fundamental culture issue at Airwallex. Leadership and Talent are very scripted up on handling the objection. They won't explain specific areas that the company is doing poorly and what the plan is to fix it. Product works but the roadmap is not focused and delivery + execution is not a strength... probably because of the constant rotation of staff.

I'm sorry to hear your concerns around culture and this is something we are constantly monitoring and iterating on. nice workspace, and still got quite some hardworking people who are giving their best to the company.

Cons

Top Leadership doesn't know what people care is about. Most of the time, they just don't know what they are doing. High attrition. Lack of diversity. ruled out people are not from the top schools. only like to hire 1 type of people in the market -consultants from top business consulting firms.
