We read every review and use them alongside our biannual engagement surveys to identify where we need to improve. On strategic shifts: we've introduced structured planning cycles and cascaded OKRs specifically to give teams more predictability. It's a significantly different rhythm than even a year ago. On leadership: our global Elevate program and our newer Rise program are focused on developing managers and ICs who lead with clarity and consistency. On performance: we set a high bar and we're upfront about that. It's not for everyone, and that's okay. But we regularly review our frameworks to make sure expectations are fair and matched with the right support. On RTO in Singapore: workplace policies vary by region based on local team needs and business requirements, and we consistently evaluate how we work. Your closing point is a fair one.
