Good office location. People can be friendly. Product is great and for sure changing the way businesses bank.

Cons

Where there’s smoke there’s fire. There’s a reason why their Glassdoor score is so low. Culture is hectic at best, self-sabotaging at worst. Middle and senior managers are constantly pivoting, and performing at “meets expectations” would be “exceeded expectations” at any other company. SG offices is also 5days RTO which is weird for a tech company, even for SG. A lot of people leave before or soon after probation period, and I’d say those were the smart ones to dodge a bullet. Company will be big for sure but at what cost

Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate you recognizing the strength of our product and the people here. We don't dismiss the themes on our Glassdoor. We read every review and use them alongside our biannual engagement surveys to identify where we need to improve. On strategic shifts: we've introduced structured planning cycles and cascaded OKRs specifically to give teams more predictability. It's a significantly different rhythm than even a year ago. On leadership: our global Elevate program and our newer Rise program are focused on developing managers and ICs who lead with clarity and consistency. On performance: we set a high bar and we're upfront about that. It's not for everyone, and that's okay. But we regularly review our frameworks to make sure expectations are fair and matched with the right support. On RTO in Singapore: workplace policies vary by region based on local team needs and business requirements, and we consistently evaluate how we work. Your closing point is a fair one. Growth at any cost is not our goal, and our people remain a top priority. We wish you well in your next chapter.
