Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found genuine value in our product. Building solutions that make a real difference for our customers is at the heart of what we do. It's clear that the experience you described in our Sydney sales team didn't meet your expectations and we take that seriously. Sales is a challenging function in any high-growth environment, and we set ambitious targets because we believe in our team's ability to deliver. That said, we're committed to ensuring those targets are grounded in reality and that our people have the support to succeed. Here's what we're focused on: Clear Expectations & Enablement: We've invested significantly in onboarding programs, sales enablement resources, and coaching frameworks to ensure our teams have the tools and clarity they need from day one. Leadership Development: Many of our sales leaders have grown with the company, bringing deep product and market expertise. We strengthen this foundation with structured training: our global Elevate program equips managers at all levels to lead effectively, while Rise (launched in 2026) empowers individual contributors to amplify their leadership impact. Competitive Compensation: We regularly benchmark our compensation packages against market standards to ensure we remain competitive, particularly in key markets like APAC. We recognize that fast-paced environments aren't for everyone, and that's okay. For those who thrive here, we're committed to creating a culture of clarity, support, and achievement. If you're a current employee and have concerns, we encourage you to connect with your general manager, manager or People team directly.

Pros

Great partnerships with McLaren and Arsenal - good for your CV

Cons

Micro management from the top Alot of people just disappearing day by day (think Thanos snap in Marvel) not because of poor performance but linked to differing opinions in terms of execution which resulted in their departure. Do not that the australia team is pretty well known for stirring the pot quite often.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and for highlighting our exciting partnerships. We agree that the visibility they bring is a great benefit for our team. It's also clear from your review that the internal experience you described doesn't meet the standard we set for ourselves. The concerns you've raised around micromanagement and stability are taken seriously. Your advice is spot on: moving fast is only effective with clear goals and accuracy. That’s why we’ve been focusing on providing teams with greater autonomy through clear, cascaded OKRs and structured decision-making processes. We also believe healthy debate drives growth, and it's crucial that everyone feels safe offering a different opinion. That's why we're committed to open communication and handling organisational changes with transparency. As an example, we run our engagement survey twice a year and share the results and our action plans openly with the entire company. Thank you again for your candid feedback. It’s essential for building a culture that is both fast-paced and supportive. For current employees, we encourage you to connect with your manager or People Partner if you ever need support.
