Interesting work but terrible culture

Pros

The work is super interesting and you will get to work with some really smart and talented people.

Cons

High staff turnover and low morale due to unprofessional and uninspiring senior leadership. The CEO/founder makes no effort to acknowledge or change the poor company culture. Renumeration is below market especially with a heavy workload.

Airwallex hires top talent from the best organisations into suboptimal, poorly thought out roles. There is a very poor management and performance culture meaning employees are not led well and growth and development is non existent. Execs are arrogant - they think they are smart but strategically are just copying other companies. I would not at all recommend joining Airwallex.
