Airwallex hires top talent from the best organisations into suboptimal, poorly thought out roles. There is a very poor management and performance culture meaning employees are not led well and growth and development is non existent. Execs are arrogant - they think they are smart but strategically are just copying other companies. I would not at all recommend joining Airwallex.

Stressful. Authoritarian senior management style. Zero emphasis on talent retention or development. Blaming culture. No annual refresh (for most teams).

Not very nice people in the company. The company especially the managers are not supportive and often time I feel discouraged at work.
