1. Flexible working hours 2. Pay higher than industry average 3. Talented colleagues

Cons

1. Flexible working hours also means you need to be 24/7 stand by for manager's questions, including weekends 2. Bonus was never as good as how HR promised, which applied to everyone in the team 3. Managing team focused too much on micromanagement which constrain each one's working progression

- Business too focused on hiring strategy people or people without relevant experience, but who are good at theories and packs. - not much transparency on the senior management decisions - over advertise the positive and hide the truth
