Continued Good Growth Prospects in a Tough Market

Company continues to grow in a tough environment. Quality of managers and above has been upgraded significantly over the last few years. Maturing quickly. Good rapid growth opportunity.

Cons

Marketplace has been difficult and have won some contracts at lower rates. Requires a new breed of project manager in order to be successful and keep the client happy. Company believes client satisfaction trumps financials, but still can be challenging.

Pros

There are some great teams here, dedicated people who care about the mission. But they burn out with over work and lack of support.

Cons

You are chronically understaffed and overworked in operations- non billable, overhead positions. Staff is expected to do more with work less staff year after year, and the company did not give raises for three years running. Top performers are not given bonuses or recognized unless they are executives, and it's clear that favoritism is practiced in keeping high salaried but non-productive people in place at the top.
