Specifically for my team, we have great team members and leadership. Good work atmosphere. Quality of work being produced is high and appreciated. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

Moving targets internally and externally. There are many stakeholders for people and teams to support/ respond to. Working in a challenging government environment.
