Pros

My team is helpful and supportive. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Cons

This is an Alaskan Native Corporation and most profit dollars goes to support the company's shareholders. This is not a bad thing; however, the overall compensation package is not that great compared to other private/ public companies. There is also too big of an emphasis on expensive, boujee office space requirements.

Pros

Sometimes free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Worst management ever!!! Avoid this agency at all costs. Not worth the pay to be treated like garbage. Total d-bags. Very unorganized and a very unprofessional, non-informed management team. The company was more reactive to issues not proactive, even if warned an issue may be rising. Health benefits are expensive and the fringe doesn't make a difference unless you are single. Unprofessional management creates a toxic & unsafe workplace where harassment & retaliation is common. Management do not have basic skills required for their position, do not know knowledge of the workforce they are over, and expect employees to train each other. Management also tries to push current employees out of their positions to hire family members and friends who are not qualified for their positions. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for I’ve never seen a company openly show, favoritism and employee targeting targeting It’s literally like a war zone not so much from the detain from the management. The staff are a bunch of clowns. HR incidents are swept under the rug. HR will always side with management and not listen to your side of things. Growth in your career is not encouraged. You will be expected to do more work as people leave without a pay increase and they will not rehire more help. The day-to-day operation of meetings every hour on the hour for management to get on, argue among each other, and the Specialist gets off of the call still having no information on the topic the meeting was called for in the first place The environment was more of a high school setting; gossip, drama, and having "favorites" from the management team. It’s really a toxic work environment because your immediate supervisor can not make decisions, they go to the manager and come back with the answer. Why have an immediate supervisor? Get rid of them and save the company money. Employee feedback needs to be promoted without retaliation. The company needs to acknowledge why multiple people are leaving positions with the same complaints and issues with the same people. HR presence is heavily needed.

Don’t work here

Pros

Lots of food Nice office building

Cons

Don’t work here, it will destroy your career and make you stupid. Very petty and political. No one will take respnsibility for anything. No one knows what’s going on, there are no processes. Everything is a fire drill, last minute, no thought put into anything they do . Everyone is drowning in work and leadership refuses to hire, even while expanding the business. The whole company is operated as an administrative nightmare, drowning in paperwork. I would never recommend anyone to work here ever.
