Pros

It was a good company a few years ago, but that changed as leadership changed.

Cons

Leaders tolerate poor behavior and don't lead by example. Expect to the do the work of three people and get the salary of one. Benefits are ridiculously overpriced and you still pay out the nose for services. There is a reason why there are so many jobs open all of the time. It's hard to recruit anyone to stay there long term because they quickly realize that there are better paying jobs out there with half the workload.

Pros

-They pay -They promise the world -They are eager to promote you from Hourly to Salary -They are always hiring. Always. Always...

Cons

-They are deceitful and do not fufill promises -They use a third party benefits provider than charge you extra for"administration fees" for them to also handle your paycheck -They often will take a pay period to a month or more to properly put in raises or bonuses -They implement deceitful quotas taken from years prior and different processes -They HEAVILY underpay management and are slow to hire new management, heaping the work of 3-5 positions onto a single salaried position -If they cannot even out the turnover of employees, expect MONTHS of Mandatory OT -No HR support. HR is unresponsive. They do not handle harassment or predjudice complaints seriously in order to retain whoever can stand to continue working -They will pile on "feedback" and in the same breath tell you need to slow down and be perfect than end the meeting saying you are slipping on quota and also need to go faster. -All upper management, all of them, are never on site. They telework like crazy. If you are a second or third shifter or it's a friday, they won't even bother being in. -Salaried positions basically NEVER get raises or better benefits regardless of years and sometimes even positions -All-around deceitful. Changes rules without meetings. Hides process changes in boring mass-emails. -No one close to the actual work being done has the power to change ANYTHING but everyone with power to change stuff doesn't understand the process or doesn't care. This leads to new process changes that are counter productive, terrible, or downright confusing or broken. It can take months to fix and most fixes amount to "go back to the old way" -Bonuses, "fixed" hours, incentives, etc are given as a seperate, bonus check with higher taxes. This greatly dimineshes values and can undercut the whole reason you are being paid this money.
