Good supervisor, lots of work, there was always something to work on, tools were provided and decent pay

Cons

Upper management horrible at providing employees with the tools and things they need to do their job, they will not give you two or more weeks notice if your being laid off due to cut backs, we lost 5 mechanics in one day

Opportunity to be a part of a dynamic work environment and get an in depth understanding for operational processes if you are from a logistics background. Unique problem set that enhances logistics knowledge and capabilities and can prepare you for the next position.

Cons

Not a lot of company interaction/direction/ team building support while embedded with customer. Once hired, may not hear from company unless there is an adverse action against you. Continuance of contract support to customer unclear at times.
