      Pros

      Good pay, benefits and career pathing. I belive I will stay here for a long time.

      Cons

      High tempo, but I was told that when hired. When work requirements slow, I get time to catch my breath. It is definitely all about customer focus.

      Pros

      Company continues to grow in a tough environment. Quality of managers and above has been upgraded significantly over the last few years. Maturing quickly. Good rapid growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Marketplace has been difficult and have won some contracts at lower rates. Requires a new breed of project manager in order to be successful and keep the client happy. Company believes client satisfaction trumps financials, but still can be challenging.
