Pros

Great work life balance . No management to direct or tell you what to do . Great people at headquarters. Can work remote almost entire week . Some projects are great . Good place to work to collect a paycheck with minimal work done

Cons

No direction . Cheap in all areas that can think of . Absolutely no growth and slow to get anything done. Messed up organizational chart with multiple bosses . Pay is just ok and no raises . Yearly review sucks . Poor communication

Great opportunity to grow, and senior management will work with employees to help them target career goals and find opportunities to achieve them. Lots of new business wins, and employees can transfer to jobs internally. If you step up, you can move up. If you whine, you won't. When you work here, you are expected to do whatever it takes to the job done. There isn't a day that goes by that you can't learn something new.

Cons

Can't really think of anything major- the company treats people as individuals, not as another employee number.
